Using Data

B2B Communications

We use your personal data to respond to you and provide you with the best service possible. We also use this data to maintain our client relationship with you (such as informing you of properties and services that may be of interest) and for our other related business activities.

When you sign up to our newsletters and updates you agree to be contacted with business-to-business (B2B) marketing context. We will only send you marketing content we feel is relevant to your company. This is on the basis of your consent and/or our legitimate interest in marketing to you.

We will contact you in relation to services we feel will be useful for you by email or by phone.

We use your personal data, and data collected through cookies(i.e. small text files placed on your computer when you first visit the site), to improve the functionality of our website. Recruitment

We will also process any data you send us for recruitment purposes in relation to any vacancies that we advertise. We process this with your consent and/or our legitimate interest in researching our candidates and offering them new positions. We may also process additional data later on in the recruitment process, which will be processed on the basis of your consent and/or employment contract, or where we have a legal obligation or it is in the public interest to do so (such as for immigration or diversity monitoring purposes). Storing Data

We will keep your personal data received through enquiries in forms on our website until you request for us to remove it.

If you have signed our relationship letter, we will keep your personal data on our database for an unlimited duration. You can ask for this to be removed at any time; or it will be as per the agreement we have with you, and for up to two years thereafter.

We will keep data you send us in relation to vacancies for the duration of your application and up to one year after in order to offer you new opportunities, unless you opt out of this, or extend this period with your consent.

Sharing Your Data

Your personal data will be stored in our company server on Office 365. Additionally, we also store your personal data used for marketing purposes in our Salesforce CRM database, hosted in Europe.

Salesforce have certified under the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield certification, which allows us to legally transfer your personal data to them. We may also occasionally share your personal data with our trusted partners in the real estate sector, which are based in the European Economic Area (EEA).

Your Rights

You have several individual rights in relation to your personal data that we collect, which we are committed to respecting. In particular, you have the right to:

  • Request a copy of your personal information
  • Request any inaccuracies in your personal information be corrected
  • You may also ask to object or restrict the processing of your personal data and have your personal information erased, where appropriate.
  • Additionally, you have the right to opt out of all emails, any other forms of marketing, cookies and targeted advertising that we direct at you.

Google Adwords: Using Google Adwords code we are able to see which pages helped to lead to contact form submissions. This allows us to make better use of our paid search budget.

LinkedIn Cookies: If you are logged into LinkedIn at the time of visiting our website, we may use this to deliver promotions and discount through Adverts.

Salesforce: We use Salesforce code on our website to auto-populate our CRM with new lead data and website activity.
